Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Participate in continuous learning sessions to expand technical knowledge
- Support internal IT initiatives including security awareness campaigns
