Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Participate in 6-month paid training covering CompTIA A+/Network+ and Azure fundamentals
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Support cloud infrastructure migrations and hybrid environments
