Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including desktops, laptops, and printers Assist with network connectivity, VPN setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Document all support tickets and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Participate in rotational on-call support schedule after training completion
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex technical projects
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac OS
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
