Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Monitor and maintain the organization's computer networks, including servers, printers, and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch management, and virus scans.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to help desk tickets and resolving queries promptly.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to document technical processes and create user guides.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot common technical errors.
