Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems for enterprise clients
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to resolve user issues
- Document technical processes and maintain IT inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols
- Participate in training modules to achieve CompTIA A+ certification
- Assist with system backups, disaster recovery, and compliance audits
- Support cloud infrastructure implementations (AWS/Azure basics)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid California driver's license (for on-site visits)
