Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems including desktops, servers, and network devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions using IT service management tools
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting projects
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to obtain CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and system vulnerability assessments
- Support cloud infrastructure management including AWS/Azure basics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn technical concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
