Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior IT engineers on complex infrastructure projects
