Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer hardware and software for new clients.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve basic technical issues via phone and email.
- Monitor system performance and report potential hardware or network failures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all support tickets and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the senior team to learn best practices in IT infrastructure management.
- Provide friendly and professional customer support to our diverse client base.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Computer Science is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Windows and Mac OS).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
