Responsibilities
- Assist users with computer hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine maintenance on company devices and network infrastructure.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve system performance and user satisfaction.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics to ensure secure and stable connectivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
