Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) to internal staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve complex technical problems.

Qualifications
