Responsibilities
- Assist end-users with hardware and software troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and network peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Conduct routine hardware audits and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software updates and patches.
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to non-technical staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional site visits.
