Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all IT activities using ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems
