Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting
- Deliver user training on new systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and implement basic security protocols
- Assist with cloud service administration (Azure/O365)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
