Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating by resolving tickets efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new employee workstations and software.
Qualifications
