Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Provide remote and on-site technical support via ticketing system
- Document technical procedures and user training materials
- Collaborate with network team on system updates and security protocols
- Assist with new employee onboarding and equipment provisioning
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and perform occasional equipment setup
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
