Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with system troubleshooting and user account management
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document incidents, resolutions, and standard procedures
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and perform preventive maintenance
- Support audiovisual equipment for meetings and events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
