Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and cloud services
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex problem-solving
- Participate in onboarding for new employees' technology setups
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) a plus
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
