Responsibilities
- Participate in daily technical training sessions covering networking, security, and system administration
- Complete hands-on lab exercises using industry-standard tools and platforms

- Build and maintain a professional portfolio of technical projects
- Prepare for and earn CompTIA A+ certification
- Shadow senior IT professionals during on-the-job rotations
