Responsibilities
- Complete intensive 8-week paid training program covering IT infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ users
- Deploy and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, and access points
- Assist with cloud service implementations (AWS/Azure) and user account management
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and security audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn complex systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotations
- CompTIA A+ certification (provided upon completion of training)
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment transport)
