Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across desktop and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure components
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to internal teams
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system upgrades
- Conduct routine system backups and disaster recovery tests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid Georgia driver's license for occasional site visits
