Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ employees
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations, mobile devices, and network infrastructure
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability scanning and incident response
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles for team reference
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Train end-users on new software implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid California driver's license for occasional site visits
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to completing 6-month paid training program
- Proficiency in English with clear communication skills
