Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Document service tickets and maintain accurate asset records
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network issues
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
- Adhere to IT security protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in varied environments
