Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the network team to maintain secure IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic Linux command line.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain relevant certifications (we provide training).
