Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and connectivity checks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred).
- A valid driver’s license (for occasional on-site support).
