Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person meetings
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines
- Assist with onboarding processes including new hire documentation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR/recruiting internship or work experience
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if occasional travel required)
