Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment trends
- Support HR initiatives including employee engagement programs
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of recruitment or HR experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional recruitment events)
