Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient preparation and clinical procedures
- Manage patient records and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Perform basic clinical tasks under supervision (vital signs, specimen collection)
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families
