Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care support under supervision, including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities for patients in our overnight care facility
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort and safety during night shifts
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations following protocols
- Prepare patient rooms and equipment for next-day care routines
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and healthcare knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic health record systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Strong communication skills and compassion for patient care
- Reliable transportation to our Oklahoma City facility
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) including weekends
- Certification in CPR/BLS required (training available post-hire)
