Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary software platforms to facilitate daily tasks.
- Attend weekly training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow processes and communicate suggestions to management.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior leadership when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing environments.
