Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with discretion and professionalism
- Organize travel arrangements, expense reports, and administrative documentation with precision
