Responsibilities
- Manage Schedules: Coordinate and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries with precision.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, routing messages and calls efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Data Management: Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible and confidential.
- Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure office operations run smoothly.
- General Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship or volunteer experience is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail.
- Work Ethic: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing office priorities.
- Location: Must be available to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI.
