Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external communications via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Support event planning and logistics for company meetings, conferences, and social gatherings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems
- Assist with ad-h administrative projects as assigned by senior leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
