Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for executive team including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing complex itineraries
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage expense reports, procurement processes, and departmental budgets using Excel and financial systems
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and serve as primary liaison between executives and internal stakeholders
- Organize executive meetings including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up task tracking
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems ensuring document security and accessibility
- Support special projects including research, data compilation, and presentation development
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
