Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and serve as primary liaison between departments
- Handle incoming communications, prioritize inquiries, and resolve operational issues
- Assist with onboarding processes and maintain digital filing systems
- Support special initiatives including event planning and stakeholder relations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
