Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with vendor management, expense reports, and office supply inventory
- Support special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications
