Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and maintain confidential personnel records
- Support departmental projects through data compilation and document management
Qualifications
