Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across multiple departments
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintain digital filing systems
- Support ad-hrom project coordination and meeting preparation logistics
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
