Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
- Prepare professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks including expense reporting and invoice processing
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
