Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications and inquiries
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data integrity and accessibility
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and event logistics
- Support project management tasks through tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Perform ad-h administrative duties as needed to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, video conferencing)
