Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and document retrieval
- Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and basic financial documentation
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or office experience (internships welcome!)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
