Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage incoming communications including phone calls, emails, and mail with prompt and professional responses
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and timely follow-up
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for critical business documents
- Assist with onboarding processes for new team members and coordinate office logistics
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for executive departments
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1-2 years of administrative support or internship experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with proven attention to detail and accuracy
