Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships for operational needs
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation preparation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks including data entry and document management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
