Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Manage incoming communications via phone, email, and virtual platforms with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit professional documents including reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain organized digital filing systems
- Assist in onboarding new team members and office supply inventory management
- Support event planning for corporate meetings and client functions
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate departmental records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
