Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing NexGen's presence across major social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Content Creation: Draft engaging blog posts, social media captions, and email newsletters under the guidance of senior marketers.
- SEO & Analytics: Conduct basic keyword research and analyze website traffic data to optimize content performance.
- Market Research: Perform competitive analysis to identify industry trends and audience preferences in the NYC market.
- Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including tracking leads and reporting on KPIs.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and engage with our online community to build brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in New York, NY.
