Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and product information into our secure database systems with high accuracy.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies before final submission.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Assist the administrative team with general clerical tasks, including scanning, copying, and data verification.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify project requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
