Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop clear, visual data dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the integrity of reporting data.
- Participate in daily training workshops and technical skill-building sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
