Your Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services. We are looking for self-starters who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
