Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to develop solutions for complex customer problems.
- Learn and utilize internal systems to access customer account information.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if remote.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
