Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Log and manage support tickets in our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through software navigation steps.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and self-study.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; current college students are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and Microsoft Office.
