Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the operations team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential for remote/office hybrid roles.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
